The CEO of the FALU FOUNDATION is Dr. Georgina Falú, throughout its THIRTY SIX years of operation. This included CREATION AND responsibility for the WOMEN COMPUTERS PROGRAMS, TRAINING OF COMMUNITY GROUPS FOR ORGANIZING AND MANAGING ENTERPRISES FOR-CREATION OF JOBS-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, Youth Technology program, the Early Childhood/Pre-K programs, and the AFRICAN HISTORY0-Heritage Research program. Dr. Falú has a Doctorate in Education/Finances and a Masters in Arts from Columbia University, an MBA U. of California at Berkeley, a Diploma from the Harvard Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor in accounting from the University of Puerto Rico.
Dr Falu
is experienced in: Curriculum Development, Faculty/educational administration, Program Planning and Development, Coordination of Community Education Services, Business Planning Knowledge, Fiscal and Accounting Operations and Community Organizing. She is bilingual, (English/Spanish). She passed three of the required exams to complete CPA LICESE REQUIRED BY THE AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF CPAS, AND the REQUIRED EXAMS FOR THE NYS Teaching Certification.

Community-Based Focus
The Falu Foundation mobilizes resources to provide bilingual and other greatly needy communities with effective opportunities for development and career oriented/ job employment. As a community leader, the Falu Foundation develops and implements programs to address and help eliminate critical economic, under-development and/or identity crisis issues in the families-individuals struggling in these communities. This work is implemented in collaboration with churches, the Community Board, schools, legislators, businesses, banks-financial institutions, and other voluntary and neighborhood organizations.
